Thanks for signing up for content and updates from Atlantico. We promised we wouldn't e-mail you too often, so consider this the last e-mail from us in a while.
If you're a fan of 90s rock musicals and good with numbers, you'll know from the title of this post that it has now been one week since the launch of Atlantico's annual digital report. Since most of you signed up to hear about the 2022 Latin America Digital Transformation Report, we figured we'd share some interesting content that came out that builds on various topics in this year's report.
First, if you missed the live launch event of the report, you can watch the video recording from this year's LatAm Tech Summit by Canary + Atlantico. I confess I was somewhat nervous before the presentation, so am quite happy it went so smoothly :-)
Second, if you're like me and love a good podcast, I'd recommend adding a couple of these interviews with our partners to your playlist: 20VC with me, Invest Like the Best with Mate and I, or Village Global with Ana and I. There were also some good episodes on Canary Cast, Fintech Leaders, and Latitud.
Third, if you want to read a few things we wrote about about the key take-aways from this year we penned a few editorials that went live last week. For the third year in a row, TechCrunch invited me to summarize the past year in LatAm tech. I also had the opportunity to write a few editorials (in Portuguese) for a handful of publications (most behind pay walls so use your preferred hack to read them): Valor about sustaining digitalization, Folha about digitalization of SMBs, and Exame about balancing optimism with caution in uncertain times.
Finally, there was a good deal of discussion on social media and the traditional press about the report and the state of LatAm Tech. Everyone from the Wall Street Journal to CNN Brazil had something to say. We particularly appreciated the comments, likes, and shares of our partners Hugo Barra on Twitter and Florian Hagenbuch on LinkedIn.
As always, we appreciate your feedback on our research and opinions (especially when you disagree with us) and welcome you to write us with comments or questions. If you like what you read, please take a minute to forward this e-mail to a few friends.
